Colin Van Dyke

Colin Van Dyke offers a variety of experience in technology and intellectual property law. He focuses his practice on helping clients develop and acquire intellectual property assets, including portfolio analysis as well as patent strategy and prosecution related to software, storage systems, information security, cloud computing, cryptography, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and computer hardware.

Prior to joining the firm, Colin was a research scientist and software engineer in applied cryptography and high-performance computer architecture at several large technology companies.
