Zana Z. Bugaighis

Zana Bugaighis concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation and class action, with particular emphasis on noncompete enforcement and defending companies against consumer protection act, breach of contract, good faith and fair dealing, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and trade secret claims. Zana also represents franchisors in litigation, arbitration, and mediations to protect their intellectual property and brands, enforce their contracts, and defend their business practices. She represents clients from a variety of industries, with a focus on retail and technology businesses such as Expedia, T-Mobile, Hotwire, Amazon, GNC, Microsoft, and others. Zana advises clients on creating enforceable confidentiality, noncompetition, nonsolicitation, and non-interference covenants under Washington law. As a former law clerk, Zana additionally offers the firm's clients legal experience in U.S. District Court and is an experienced trial attorney in federal and state court.
