  • Extensively advised leading provider of a variety of micro-mobility vehicles on state and local regulatory obligations including licensing, parking, and advertising restrictions.
  • Assisting mobile operators navigating licensing and security requirements linked to communications platforms for vehicles.
  • Advising on client product development plans to stay ahead of the curve on safety and fuel economy and CO2 regulatory matters.
  • Advising on pending regulations addressing autonomous driving systems.
  • Assisting with development and implementation of appropriate privacy and security measures for mobile applications designed to collect and use geolocation and personal information from U.S. and EU consumers.
